When he was 20, the great French writer Marcel Proust (1871-1922) attempted to analyze his own character by composing a series of questions designed to reveal
the innermost self. I've switched it up a bit due to a few innovations that have occurred between Prousts' time and ours (ie cinema and popular
music--besides Proust was much more rarefied than I am )
